How long does it take for the its to mail tax transcipts from previous year with what is going on? their website states 5 to 10 business days?

I meant "for the IRS to mail tax transcripts.

The IRS is not currently processing/mailing tax transcripts they can only be ordered and obtained online: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

Per this website: Tax Transcripts are only available online.

We have stopped processing transcript requests by mail until further notice. If you only need to find out how much you owe or verify payments you made within the last 18 months, you can view your tax account.
