How long does it take to receive back child support owed after it comes out of someones tax refund

That is in the hands of the agency that is enforcing the child support order.  Contact them to ask about it.

If it's the 1st time you are getting back child support from their taxes it will take a while but if it's not the 1st time then it usually takes about 1-3 weeks
