How long does it usually take after you verify your tax return?

    If you were sent a letter by the IRS for Identity Verification, and you successfully verified, it take about 9 weeks for processing. Keep in mind that this is an estimated timeframe given by the IRS. TurboTax has no control over how long it will actually take to process your return.
