Once your return has been accepted TurboTax does not get any information about your return or refund, only the IRS will know when you will receive your refund.

You can checked the IRS website Where's My Refund for your Federal information?

If you have a State refund, click on the following link, then click on your State

The IRS is not currently processing mailed in returns until the IRS reopens. They are processing e-filed returns but since the IRS is closed, it can take longer to receive your Federal refund.

Most taxpayers see their refunds within three weeks if using direct deposit or eight weeks if receiving a paper check.
