We cannot answer you .  We cannot see any of your information and do not know what you mean by "I have 1382 in taxes."    Please explain what you mean by that.  Where is that $1382 amount coming from?   Where are you seeing it?

 

Were you employed in 2020?  What is your filing status?  Are you going to be claimed as someone else's dependent?  Are you a student?

No one can know that.  It depends on many things.  What is 1382?  Is that the federal withholding deducted from your paychecks?  You don't always get that back or you might even owe more.
