How should I treat a reimbursement from Long Term Care Insurance for services I had paid for????

You will report this reimbursement  "other income" on your return. The easiest way to enter it is, in your open return, to switch the form Forms view (Ctrl+2).  Then click Open Form and type "1099-Misc" then click on Form 1099-MISC Worksheet and click "Open Form.  On the Worksheet, enter the amount in Box 3 "Other Income" (see screenshot below)
