How to change my taxes after they was accepted

Someone else claimed child

You cannot change your tax return after it has been e-filed and accepted. If you need to change something you have to wait until the return has been fully processed and them file an amended return. Please explain "someone else claimed child." Do you mean you claimed a child you were not supposed to claim? What is the issue?
