How to change routing and account numbers on taxes that have been filed

I checked the Turbo app shows a half green bar as if the transaction was not fully completed has a date of 2/21 files and 3/17 of expected date. Checked with IRS they said it should be in my account

After you have filed, you can not change this informaiton.
