i am trying to efile ca state tax amendment for 2019. after i click submit, it always say "Efile will be available again in late January or early Febraury for state amended returns.". I have tried to submit the ca state tax since late January and it always give me this message. would you please let me know why? Can I efile california state tax amendment for 2019?
