How to enter 2018 fed/state refunds that were credited to 2019 est tax?I've searched "2018 refund applied to 2019" but get circular logic in the results.

In the Federal Taxes area...navigate to:

1)  Deductions&Credits page

2)  Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.  and expand that section

3)  Look for and open  Income Taxes Paid..  (don't use "Estimated Tax Payments" )

4) in there is a "2018 refund applied to 2019 Federal", and a "2018 refund applied to 2019 State".

Please know that the option you need is listed in TurboTax under Deductions & Credits, Income Taxes Paid and then, answer YES, to "About Income Taxes Paid - Used last year's refund to pay this year's taxes". On the next screen, select the option that relates to your scenario.
