I need to add the interest from the return on this return what form do I use the interest was accrued from the irs for getting my refund returned late from the irs it's only 137 dollars

Enter the interest from the IRS the same way as interest from a bank account. You should have gotten a Form 1099-INT for the interest, but if you didn't, enter it as if you did get a 1099-INT. See the following FAQ for how to enter it.
