How to find out routing numbers on filed taxes

I am getting 0 back from the tax forms but I did the taxes for the stimulus check. They never asked for my routing number and it's already been accepted by the IRS. I followed all the instructions at [removed] but on the front page under Balance Due/Refund it only says "Your federal amended tax return shows no balance due or refund amount. " and not the routing information like it should and on the tax form itself its all X's. What do I do to make sure turbotax didn't send them my routing information from my 2018 refund since I closed that account?

You will need to wait for the Treasury to set up the web portal for you to enter the banking information. If you did not have a refund with Direct Deposit, the IRS does not have your banking information.

"In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail."
