If you filed with TurboTax last year you can use this TurboTax FAQ to access a prior year's tax return. First please make sure you are logged with the correct USER ID in your TurboTax account.

If you did not file with TurboTax you can request a tax transcript online from the IRS. It is a free service and you can usually obtain the tax transcripts the same day.
