I recently purchased the TurboTax online and would like to cancel and get my money back for it I have not used it I just had a change in my mind

I want my money back I got more forms that I didn't know was coming so cancel what was done already. You got my money and nothing is getting done

I would like to have my money back can not file though you all Have to do it myself I have filed with you all for years an been very happy. But this year have some problems an have to do it my self an I would just like my money back . Thanks in advance hopefully will file with you all next year.

Hello,

I did my 2019 taxes with TurboTax in March and still did not get my refund. Last week I had to hire an accountant to submit the request since it was not filed at all. I want to request the money that I paid to TurboTax back.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent –
