how to get refund from Turbotax of payment for State after paying for upgrade that includes State

Early in process I paid Turbotax $47.50 for State add on. Later I paid $60+ for upgrade that included State. Will Turbotax automatically cancel initial payment for State or do I need to ask my credit card to cancel the payment?
