How to i access my full tax refund file and my w2?

Yes, if you scanned and stored your W-2 forms in the Documents section of TurboTax, you can retrieve them. Note, this is not an option included in the free version of TurboTax.

To retrieve your scanned documents from your TurboTax account:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account.
2. Select Documents on the left. 
3. Change the dropdown to View documents from: XXXX.
4. If you stored documents here, they will show on the list.

By "my full tax refund file" I assume you mean your tax return. You can print your tax return after you pay for it. Here's how:

1. Open your return.
2. Select Tax Tools from the left-side menu, then Print Center.
3. Select Print, save or preview this year's return at the bottom of the screen. 
4. Select Pay Now on the next screen and follow the prompts to pay and print or save a copy of the return.
