There is a line 15 on your Form 1040----but not a line 15a.  What are you trying to change/    You do not have direct access to the forms with online TurboTax.  Forms mode is a  feature of the CD/download.  You can make changes to the form by using the interview screens related to the lines.   The information on line 15 is calculated down from the information you entered on the screens leading down to that line.
