How to load TurboTax 1040 without state return for TurboTax Home Business 2020 1040X amend?

"The Tax return you are attempting to load contains one or more state tax forms which are not installed on this machine. Please install California to continue."

I don't want to pay $45 to amend CA. I just want to amend the federal return that I filed with TurboTax Home Business. Is there a way for me to scan the 1040 and all the related Schedules into TurboTax Home Business 2020 to complete the amend?
