How to print or view a tax return that is past the 7yr marker

You cannot.  TurboTax only retains online tax returns for the past seven years, the same retention period as the IRS.

As Li-Madhu stated, you cannot access your returns you are looking to print or view on TurboTax due to exceeding the 7 year limit.  However, it is possibly you may be able to get a transcript of your returns that you are seeking from the IRS via Form 4506-T, Request for Transcript of Tax Return.  The worst that can happen is they can say the information is no longer available but it is still worth a try.  The link below will get you to the form for the request.
