How to report a bug when trying to amend taxes

I was trying to amend my taxes earlier today but I came across a bug.

The reason I am amending my taxes is that I am changing from being claimed as a dependent to the opposite. This would mean I get additional money in my tax return for 2019. TurboTax reflected this change correctly the first time I tried doing it. However, I had to leave the computer for an hour and when I came back I had to start from scratch. I believe the system remembered when I selected I couldn’t be claim as a dependent and instead of showing me that I was getting additional money in my refund it said I wasn’t getting anything anymore. The system is basically saying I wasn’t claimed as a dependent when I filed my taxes earlier this year. But you look at my tax returns and it says I selected being claimed as a dependent.

Is there a way for me to fix this bug on my own or is there a way to get in touch with someone about this error in the system?

To adjust this you will want to click on Cancel Amendment in the menu on the left hand side, and then begin fresh.

You will know that you have restarted the amendment process when the refund amount displayed resets to $0.  The change from being a dependent to not will not always result in a change in tax owed or the refund due.
