When you complete your tax return through TurboTax and select the option to apply for a Turbo Visa Debit Card you will then receive information in your email to finish the process.

They are no longer being issued. TT linked up with Credit Karma this year... so you can apply for one of those directly from the CK website.

@Shylow1 They are no longer issuing those TurboTax prepaid Visa cards. Instead you can choose to get a Credit Karma card --- but you do not "have" to choose it. You can have your refund direct deposited to a bank account of your choosing.

@Bobbydean7 We cannot help with cards here in the user forum. We have nothing to do with the debit or credit cards you may have had from TurboTax or Credit Karma. You will need to contact the company that issued the card to seek a replacement. You have not mentioned to us what kind of card you are trying to replace.
