How would I find out how my taxes were filed and how my payment is gonna be revived?

Somebody filed my taxes for me, both my state and federal, don’t know who did it, but I need to know how much I’m getting back from state and federal and how I am gonna receive the payment

Only you can file a tax return using TurboTax.

Or you requested to have your tax return prepared and filed using one of the TurboTax Tax Experts where you requested one of the TurboTax Full Service options and had to pay from $199 to $399 for that service, depending on the TurboTax online edition used by you.

If you did not use TurboTax then there is no way to access your tax return using TurboTax.
