I accidentally added Premium, then realized I do not need it and now cannot switch back to Deluxe.

    Did you upgrade from Deluxe and ended up in the Premium Edition?  If so, did you try the steps in this FAQ to downgrade?   If so, where is the roadblock?

    Or do you mean you added "Premium Services"; i.e., are you a California filer who chose to pay your TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund?    If so, in California that payment option adds Premium Services.   If that's what you mean, we can tell you how to remove that payment method and pay upfront with credit/debit card.

    Those steps did not work. It will only let me downgrade to FREE, but I want to go back to Deluxe.
