I accidentally combined my 2018 gross income to my 2019 gross income when I filed my taxes am I able to file for 2018?

Uhoh.....you mean you put two years' worth of income on that 2019 income tax return and filed it?  Was the return accepted?  First check your e-file status and see if it was accepted or rejected.  If you got lucky and it was rejected, it will be easier to fix it.  Post back with that information.

You cannot combine two years' income in one tax return.

 

You now need to amend your 2019 tax return to delete the income from 2018 from that return.

 

To amend your return, please follow the instructions in this TurboTax Help topic.

 

Then you'll need to file a return for tax year 2018 to report your income from 2018.
