I accidentally filed as head of household on my 2020 taxes and I don't know if or how I can change it.

How did you do that? Did you claim a dependent that you should not have claimed? TurboTax does not offer HOH as a filing status unless you entered a dependent who is related to you. Did you e-file already?

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your filing status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.
