Question

I accidentally pressed No that I did not have a tax return for 2018 and now I cannot find it to upload the 2018 tax return information. How do I change this?

You will need to use our clear and start over feature to begin your 2019 tax return with your prior tax return from 2018. You can do this with TurboTax Online as long has you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered. Once you use the clear and start over feature you will again be prompted to start from your 2018 tax return in TurboTax.
