Question

I activated my prepaid card and it says I have my refund on there. When I go to use it it says not activated. It won’t let me re activate it or use it??

I tried to re activate it but it says it can’t. I call the card and it says my money is on my card? Are they sending me a different card or ??? I’m so confused

Please click the link below for assistance with your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number,  don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.
