Question

I added my 6 month old son on as my dependent, but I just got back from a deployment in a combat zone. But even with my son as my dependent I only got $384 back on my taxes I think I did something wro

When you added your son, did you add him as living with you "the whole year"- for children born during the year selecting the number of months often causes this error.

Go back to My Info and check.
