I already filed my taxes and received my 1098 mortgage paper a day after. What should i do?

I would follow the directions in the FAQ below to prepare an "amendment" to your tax return. You can then enter the Form 1098. If it changes the taxes owed/due, then you would need to print out and send in that amendment.
The amendment forms will not be available until the Form 1040-X is finalized.
