I already started my 2024 tax return, and TurboTax seems to have lost it.

    You can try these steps to resolve this if you are using TurboTax Online:

     

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window

    Thanks for your reply.  As it turned out, it was another problem altogether and I have now resolved it.
