Question

I am amending my 2023 return to claim "Excess foreign tax credit from 2024 carried back to 2023" as per TurboTax instructions. I am caught in an endless review loop

When I get to "Do any of these less common situations apply to you?" I have to click a box or none of these apply. I thought "I have a different carryback claim included in credits" sounded like what an excess foreign tax credit from 2024 carried back to 2023 was. But when I click it and continue and then review again, I get brought back to the same page. Should I just click "None of these apply to me"? Or is there some other problem
