I am completing the Philly wage tax refund & they’re asking for both the Fed EIN & State EIN for my company. Where do I find the state EIN on W-2? I found the FEIN easily

I am completing the Philadelphia PA city wage tax refund and their site requires both the Federal EIN and State EIN of my employer.

    On your W-2 line 15, State ID
