Question

I am considering the advance, but only if I can transfer the cash to my bank or access cash before the card comes. The bill I need to pay is cash or money order.

I will not apply if there is a run around as I have a conventional bank and am uninterested in being nickeled and dimed by Credit Karma Spending account.
