I am getting an error because there is no address, city, state, and zip on Form 5695 copy 2. How do I add this information on copy 2 of this form?

The address is on Form 5695, but not on copy 2.

TurboTax Online

Same error here. I have gone directly to the form to enter the information but the software is not allowing direct entry. TurboTax - this is a problem with your code. Please fix ASAP.

CatinaT1 - these improvements were to my primary home. I do not have a second home. The issue is with Copy 2 of the 5695 form, not for a second home. Please let me know why your referred me to a post that has nothing to do with the issue the OP and myself are reporting.
