I am having problems getting any info from my 2018 taxes. Is there any other and faster way to to get the info for this years taxes?

This is one of the reasons you should always save a hard copy of your tax return--so that a couple of days beore the tax filing deadline you are not looking frantically for it.

Did you forget how to access the account you used for 2018?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
