I am not sure if I need to send in any additional information, or if they have been filed and I should just wait on my return at this point?

If you filed your return (hit transmit button to e-file) then you will see the status when you log into TurboTax on the Tax Home Screen. If you selected print and mail then you will have to mail in the return yourself. It should have printed instructions on what and where to mail your return. Once you have successfully filed your return all you need to do is wait for the refund.
