I am printing and mailing my tax return. Do I need to include any other documents, such as W2? Or is this already included in the Turbotax return I downloaded?

Yes you have to include the W2 and any 1099 that have withholding in box 4. Turbo Tax doesn't have the actual copies. It should say on the Instructions.
You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
