I am trying to amend my 2022 return I have 2 more steps the TurboTax system has froze how do I fix

I finished Step 2 how do I get to Step 3?  The system will not move forward.

Sign out of the TurboTax online account.

Clear cache on your web browser - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/product-system-requirements/clear-cache/L8EEqjh3R_US_en_US

 

Sign back onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Click on File on the left side of the online program screen.  See if the problem persists.  If it does then change your web browser to one of these that you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
