I AM TRYING TO ORDER A TURBO TA X MONEY CARD. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ?JEANNIE B SMITH

I think they stopped using those a couple of years ago; now they offer a Credit Karma card.   If you had a TurboTax prepaid card and you are just trying to replace it, you might be able to do that.

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.

LOST CARD

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
