Question

I am trying to retrieve my 2018-2019 tax return. It will not allow me to print it out, because I did not do my tax return for 2020' on turbo tax. Is this correct?

If you start a 2021 tax return using the exact same User ID that was used for the prior year tax returns, the option for downloading the prior year online returns will be available on the Tax Home webpage once you have entered some personal information on the 2021 tax return.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
