I am unable to connect a credit card account during expense calculations, what can I do?

This credit card is linked to my ENT credit union account, but doesn't show up after I login to ENT.

Are you able to see your transactions for your credit union bank account? Do your credit card transactions typically appear on the list of bank transactions? It's possible the credit union is blocking access for TurboTax to link to the credit card transactions.

You can check your linked accounts by logging into your TurboTax account, go to Documents in the left column and choose Linked Accounts.
