I amended my 2015 taxes using your App and I assumed it was submitted. The IRS is now saying they never got it and want 10,000 in back taxes. Can you re send it please?!?

Amended returns must be printed, signed and mailed. They cannot be e-filed. If you did not mail it, it was never submitted to the IRS. No one else can access your account or your return for you. You have to do that for yourself.
Wait about 3 weeks and you can check the status of your amended return:

It will take about 3-4 months for the IRS to process an amended return.
Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.
