I amended my 2020 tax return on April 18, 2021 online through Intuit and have not received my amended return, what do I do?

What you do is wait very patiently. You only filed your amended return 2 months ago. The normal processing time for an amended return is 4 months. But this year is not normal. The IRS is severely backlogged and everything is delayed. You should expect it to take 6 months or more before you get the refund from your amended return. There is nothing you can do but wait.
