Question

I amended my federal return with no problem. My state return form is watermarked with DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL. When is my Pennsylvania form going to be final?

I was notified that the 2021 PA amended form was ready, but it has that Do Not File, Form Not Final watermark.
