I applied and was accepted for the advance. my turbo card is in the mail. I received an email stating that I can access these funds before my card comes in the mail with an "access funds" button. wh

You'll get email to set up your account, typically within 1 hour of the IRS accepting your e-filed tax return.

From this email you have to go online and set up the account. Then within 48hrs of setting up the account, the funds are deposited on the card.
