I applied for a tax return in 02/03/2024 and I have received the Federal Tax but I didn't receive the state and when I check the IRS refund it says there is nothing.

When I check the IRS refund website for the state refund it says that there is nothing matching and I am sure everything is right because I tried with the federal and it showed me that it is refunded.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. Your state refund status will not be on the IRS site. See below for tracking your state refund.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
