I believe I have already submitted my 2019 returns and paid the amount due. This site seems to think I haven't filed. What's up?

What exactly are you seeing? Do you log in to your Online TurboTax account and see no evidence of the 2019 return you prepared, and it's acting like it wants you to start one? If so, you likely have multiple accounts, and we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts to find the one with the return.

Or do you see some evidence of the 2019 return you prepared, but it appears not to have been filed? Is there a "return status" at the Tax Home?
