i called the irs a couple weeks ago and they said my return would come by the 21st of May which it didn't. it still says it's processing when I check where's my refund.

Only the IRS can provide information about your refund. TurboTax gets no information after you file your return. You know the IRS has it, you know they are processing it, so now all you can do is wait patiently for them to issue your refund.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
