I called the irs I was told they my return is under review until April 30th and on the wheres my refund tool it has topic 152 and that my return is still being processed and a date will come when una

If the IRS told you over the phone that your review was under review until April 30th, then this is the most up to date information. The Where's My Refund tool will show processing because it is being processed still.
