I can’t deposit my tax return check can I get another one?

No one here or TurboTax can help you get another refund check. You would have to contact the IRS for a Federal refund check or your State for a State refund check. The IRS phones are closed right now & they have limited staff, so I am not sure you can get through to anyone right now.
